The Club Room at Lace Market House offers flexible working options for small and start-up businesses. For anyone that doesn't need to be sat in an office all day every day, hot desking, nomadic working and virtual office solutions could be the way forward. We can provide a business address for your post, desk and telecommunication hire when you do need a workspace and access to a range of other services offered at Lace Market House.

Take advantage of our extremely flexible approach to working, whether you're just catching up on paperwork or you need to prepare for a meeting or need a Nottingham city centre presence for an out of town business we can provide the facilities you need at a time to suit you best. Our virtual office packages fall into one of three categories:

• 1. Virtual Office - Address Only - £50/month+VAT

  Use Lace Market House as your address and we retain mail and small parcels for you until you can collect. A forwarding service can be arranged if required, but most users simply ring and pop by as necessary.

• 2. Virtual Office - Address plus Hot Desk - £75/month+VAT

  As above, plus access to a desk in a communal room when required on a fair usage basis and access to meeting rooms at half published price.

• 3. Virtual Office - Address plus Hot Desk and Meeting Rooms - £100/month+VAT

  As above, address plus access to a desk in a communal room when required, plus up to one Meeting Room slot (2 hours) for either meetings or interviews per week subject to our diary system (excluding training sessions).
