Meeting Rooms and Conference Space for up to 40 People
We have a variety of meeting and conference rooms of different sizes in our properties. If you need a formal setting to conduct your business meetings, we can provide the perfect place, and our rooms are available to rent for both residents and non-residents. All rooms are free for resident use with the exception of the Conference room.
Our meeting rooms are comfortable, fully equipped and perfect for meetings of small to medium size. We have small rooms for private meetings, training rooms for up to 8 people and a conferencing hall that can cater for 15 to 40 delegates. The following facilities are available at Lace Market House:
Boardroom - £50/day
Contains large table and eight leather armchairs and has whiteboard plus drop down projector screen, coffee point adjacent.
Parlour Room - £50/day
A quiet meeting, interviewing or small training room with a table and six chairs plus two extra occasional chairs and a flip chart.
Pink Room - £50/day
Another boardroom style space with a table and six comfortable armchairs plus whiteboard.
Conference Room
Contains a number of tables and 40 chairs which can be stacked or configured as necessary; there are two whiteboards plus standalone flip charts. A coffee/tea point can be arranged adjacent to the room. Costs vary according to requirements:
For up to 15 people: £50 per half day to residents, £100 to non-residents.
For 16-40 people: £100 per half day to residents, £150 to others
Bespoke rates available for additional catering and sessions outside of normal hours.
